INTRODUCTION :

Leveling Shovel is a power driven agricultural machine that is designed to be used in light soil leveling in agricultural fields . It is mounted by connecting to the 3-point linkage system of tractors. Leveling Shovel is an environment-friendly machine with two main classes which are Hydraulic and Manual. Due to the simplicity of this machine, it is very applicable for farmers for ensuring that the depths and discharge variations over the field are relatively uniform and, as a result, water distributions in the root zone are also uniform.

FEATURES :

The main parts of the machine are the horizontal profile and the blade. Profile and Blade of the machine is produced according to the criteria of the material thicknesses and dimensions as shown in Appendix 2.2 Physical Properties of the Machine and Technical Data.

Features

• There is a replaceable knife located on the edge of the blade to increase the life time of the machine. This knife is produced from ST 52 metal to prevent the corrosion. After using the blade for a while the customer have option to replace it and continue to use the machine.

•Leveling shovel is capable of rotating 360 degree on a 6-position system with a thick flange ensured by two pins. It provides the most effective adjustment possibility according to various requests of users on 30 degree intervals. After each operation, operator should clean the machine and grease the specific places according to the lubrication sign on the machine and tighten all screws. Because of its simplicity, the machine:
1- Saves fuel.
2- Saves time.
3- Saves labor.
